Our story is a simple and compelling one.  Ever since Prometheus brought fire down from the gods, light has been essential to our survival and continual progress.  Over the past 5 years, lighting has gone high-tech with LED.  With LED, light bulbs and fixtures are no longer based on filament-based burners.  Instead, LED lights are based on integrated semi-conductors (ICs) emitting light from electrons releasing energy.  LED lights are extremely energy efficient and long lasting.  Since 2007, Sengled has been a global leader in the LED lighting revolution.

With sengLED+, we are taking LED to the next level by integrating LED lighting with consumer electronics, to offer a truly simple and convenient approach to home automation and an enriching lifestyle.  Our goal with sengLED+ is to transform the light sockets into smart hubs for the home.  We invite you to count the number of light sockets in your home and imagine the possibilities of the home if sengLED+ brought you light + sound + camera + motion + alarm + facial recognition + etc.
