1. This warranty covers the SENGLED C01-BR30 speaker lamp product from defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase as evidenced by the sales receipt showing the purchase date.
2. This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser – provided that: (i) such product was the new SENGLED C01-BR30, and (ii) such product can be identified by the SENGLED trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it.
This warranty does not cover any damages resulting from:
- accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs.
- acts of God (such as fires, floods, tornadoes, etc.), abnormal voltage, other natural disasters and secondary product damage.
- dropping the bulb or inappropriate transportation after purchase.
- failure to follow the user manual.
This warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from normal wear and tear. Some variation in color and fading may also occur; thus, these may not be considered defects. Commercial use of the products is also excluded from this warranty.
3．The obligation of Sengled is limited to repair or replacement of the merchandise found to be defective, and excludes labor costs for installation,. This will be your sole remedy under this warranty certificate will be made with like or similar parts. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.
4. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes SENGLED’s property.
5.Except as expressly stated herein, Sengled expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to the product, including but not limited to, merchantability, fitness, or safety for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Sengled arising from the product shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Sengled, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold. In some states exclusions for incidental or consequential damages are not allowable; exclusions for incidental or consequential damages as listed in this warranty may not apply in those states.
6. The original purchaser must provide a product receipt and this warranty certificate in order to claim the SENGLED warranty.
7. In any case, this warranty certificate can not be a replacement or be changed, please ensure that you have the product details (as shown on this card) at hand and fill out the ‘Warranty Certificate’ correctly, so that we are able to respond as quickly and efficiently as possible when you need repair or replacement.
8.Expect where prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary under local laws.
9.Notice : No SENGLED dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this term and condition
